The premise, that is, the framing (Tversky and Kahneman, 1981) of the offer is the claim about inequality for women in 178 out of Earths 195 countries.
Is it possible that there's inequality between men and women in 178 of Earth's 195 countries?
Our species has a unique ability to simulate mental scenarios and then run them forward in time (Gilbert and Wilson, 2007; Kaku, 2014). But our species also has the peculiarity of failing to handle probabilities because we proceed from our intuitive impulses (Kahneman and Tversky, 1979, 1982; Tversky and Kahneman, 1983). The reason for that is that the mind cherry picks information from memory to fit the current situation - our perception (Schacter and Addis, 2007).
In order to overcome these fallacies in favor of rational thinking, we can apply a mix of Epistemic vigilance - being suspensions about the message and the purpose of the message (Sperber et al. 2010), Disjunctive reasoning - consider all options (Stanovich, 2009) and numeracy - the ability to understand, reason with, and to apply simple numerical concepts (Brooks and Pui, 2010).
Since the renaissance, our blue planet has gone through a remarkable progressive transformation (Goldstein and Pinker, 2016; Pinker, 2011).
In 2017, half of Earth's Countries were democracies (Pew Institute).
The prevalence of democracy is marked with blue in the map below.

Why are Roxbourg Institute för Social Entrepreneurship so keen on promoting the idea that inequality for women is prevalent on a global scale?
The answer may lie in plan sight. The image used by Roxbourg Institute, the women standing together with their left hand raised in demonstration, evokes associations of Marxism. Compare with this image:

Often, feminists, an ideology which originates from marxist theory, tend to argue that women suffer because of capitalism; they claim there's a wage gap between men and women, and that there's inequality marked by the absence of women in Science, Technology, Engineering, and Math (STEM).
These claims have been disproved (Österberg, 2019). Watch this video for a demonstration.
It's also common knowledge that girls has a preference for humans, and that boys has a preference for things (Baron Cohen, 2003; Pinker, 2005; Stoet and Geary, 2018).
People who refuse progress are progressofobics (Pinker, 2018).
On July 3, 02.00 - 02.25 pm, I accepted to have a zoom-conversation with the person who responded to my comments on Facebook. The conversation was recorded. the person claimed he was Rajiv Srivastava. He started by raising his voice and express himself very emotionally, and then starting to attack me verbally. For a moment I got the chance to talk. He then twisted my argument and continued his polemics against me. He then attributed his aggression on me, and ending the conversation by refusing to share the recording with me.
