I'm a psychological scientist specializing in prospective thinking - the ability to experience the future (Gilbert and Wilson, 2007). This includes prediction, simulation, planning and most important goal-oriented prospection (Gilbert and Burngess, 2008; Szpunar et al. 2014). These mental qualities are often recognized as entrepreneurial thinking. For simplified reasons, let's consider this normal thinking.

Some people lack the ability to apply their prospective thinking. One common reason is mental unhealth, which has a broad spectrum. Some people need to consult a clinical psychologist, but in most cases self-help will work to improve life.

I partake in several non-profit events, and during them I have the habit of talking about health. Today during a language café (with no coffee), I reiterated five simple things that I believe will help you improve physical and mental health.

If your are an adults and have no eating disorder, fasting is known to have benefits for physical and mental health (References is on their way). After your last meal, which should be cooked and consumed together with other people (Dunbar, 2017; Lustig, 2017), wait 14-24 hours until next meal.

Spend time in nature and get at least 15 minutes of sunshine per day (one hour is better) (Kaplan and Kaplan, 1989).

Exercise so that you are out of breath two to four minutes three times a day (Keating et al. 2023; Stamatakis et al. 2022Zhang et al. 2023).

Dancing has proven to be beneficial for prospective thinking (Österberg and Köping Olsson ,2021).

Elevate the corners of your mouth, like you pretend to smile (Österberg, 2001).
