Master classes for organizations in Work Organizational psychology and Nutrition Psychology

What's the prospect for entrepreneurial thinking, social creativity for problem-solving, and innovation in Finnish corporations? In February 2024, Finnish media reported that “Finns' well-being wanes — more working sick, planning to switch jobs” (Yle). Add to that. Recently, the Finnish National Pension Institution (Fpa), claimed that mental illness in Finland cost taxpayers 1 billion euros per year, which equals 26 000 persons on sick leave. This is likely to be food related. I offer master-class lectures on these topics. 3 pages.

What's the prospect for entrepreneurial thinking, social creativity for problem-solving, and innovation in Finnish corporations?

This year, I have attended 10-15 conferences where the organizers have mentioned #creativity and innovation, stuff that I know something about from my research about #leadership that influence social creativity for problem-solving and innovation, as well as the #workclimate for creativity.

All venues have been fantastic from an organizational perspective, but they also have one other thing in common: none of the conferences presented any research about creativity or work-climate for creativity.

And in February this year, Finnish media reported that:
“Finns' well-being wanes — more working sick, planning to switch jobs” (Yle).
There seem to be some issues with the work climate in Finnish corporations.

Add to that. Recently, the Finnish National Pension Institution (Fpa), claimed that mental illness in Finland cost taxpayers 1 billion euros per year, which equals 26 000 persons on sick leave. This is likely to be food related.

If Finnish, or corporations elsewhere, want to improve employees' creativity for problem-solving and innovation, they should work to improve the work climate, and employees' knowledge about food.

I offer master-class lectures on these topics.
