How can we improve mental well-being? (Eurofound)

Well, according to science, mental health is determined by a combination of nature/nurture.

Most people have adequate genetic makeup, meaning their neurotransmitters fire in predictable ways.

For this majority, upbringing is important for emotional and social adjustment.

To this comes nutrition; our species needs to consume thirty micronutrients regularly.

Eat and drink with others, it releases endorphins.

Raise the corners of your mouth when you meet other people.

Dance.
