Finland's temperatures 2-3 degrees warmer than usual in February (YLE). A comment.

Finnish state media claims that Februari 2023 was unusual warm. Their reference - Finnish Meteorological Institute (FMI). But for some reason, there's no Link to the source? The source (FMI) shows that 25 out 63 temperature assessments for February between 1961-2023, or 39.7%, are classified as anomalies. The trend curves suggest the average temperature has risen since 1961, but bear in mind the short time span. 2 sidor.

YLEs claim: "2-3 degrees warmer than usual in February". So what is the usual temperature in Finland during February? And how many anomalies has there been?

YLEs source, Finnish Meteorological Institute (FMI), has historical temperature data for February in Finland between 1961 - 2023.

The table shows 61 temperature assessments for February (1961-2023). Of these, 25 are classified as anomalies - something different, abnormal, peculiar, or not easily classified. 25 out 63, or 39.7%, are classified as anomalies.

Even so, the trend-line suggests that the average temperature has risen since 1961 (see below). Bear in mind that that's a very short time span.
