President Trump and Mr Carlson are persons that most people have been taught to hate, or at least despise. Why?
First, Mr Trump was never part of the political establishment. He was the real estate mogul, much in a similar way as Norwegian Petter Stordalen.
But as Mr Stordalen went with the mainstream, supporting the Club of Rome and World economic Agenda, Mr Trump did the opposite. He has notoriously been on various TV-shows playing the rude guy.
Some sources claim that the run to become president of the United states wasn’t about winning the race, just to promote his brand - Trump. When he won, It’s claimed that he was as surprised as anyone else. Then Mr Trump kept going against the current (the establishment in Washington).
In a famous TV-segment were president Trump sat down with leading people in Europa, we could see their smirking faces when president Trump warned them about being too dependent on Kreml for energy supply, the same Kreml that last year decided to send 100 000, mostly young men, to invade their neighboring country Ukraine.
In parallel with the 2016 election, president Trump was blamed for colluding with Kreml, and later, for what happened at the American congress on January 6, 2020. The Biden administration also blamed president Trump for the deaths of people, including five police officers.
What actually happened?
These are the answers that mainstream journalists claim they have sworn an oath to search for - the truth.
This was reiterated in yesterday’s journalist seminar. But the speaker also sent a traditional warning against president Trump and interactive media platforms, like Twitter, talking about the importance of real journalistic work.
But what really happened in the US, which mainstream journos have failed to report about, is the following:
- the story about a collusion with Kreml led to the Clinton foundation. As it seems, Hillary Clinton, who never admitted that she lost the election to president Trump, cocked up the story. The story was then distributed by mainstream journos without them asking any critical questions.
- the riots on January six were instigated by a person named Ray Epps, who as far as anyone knows, has no connection with Donald Trump. The police officers who were claimed to have been killed during the riots, had not been killed during the riots. In fact, videos show how police officers are guiding the so called rioters in the congress building.
Last year, Elon Musk acquired Twitter.
Twitter has been a major tool for open discussions and distribution of information, and therefore a challenger of the mainstream media. Twitter is where politicians and researchers communicate and exchange information in a very decentralized way.
But Twitter had a dark side. Its major owner was Saudi Arabia, the very country whose regime is oppressing people by supressing freedom of speech, lashing and throwing them to jail.
Twitter was also controlled by, and I kid you not, the FBI.
In combination, this meant that people, often experts in their field, were blocked from using Twitter. This included a high-ranked physician from Texas who used Twitter to spread his knowledge to the public. But that meant that he went against the establishment.
At the same time, organizations which instigates conflicts in the middle east were allowed to remain on the platform.
When Mr Musk acquired Twitter he launched an audit to find out the truth. In congress-hearings, horrendous stories surfaced about how the FBI had people controlling the traffic on Twitter. That of course had political implications, especially within the US.
Mr Musk’s answer was to clean the organization by sacking 75 % of the employees. For some reason, Twitter kept running, but now including the experts who previously had been banned from distributing their knowledge. Now, expert medical doctors are again allowed to speak their mind. Freedom of speech was back. Isn't that interesting?
Not at all as it turned out.
The general population, as well as various journos and politicians claimed the opposite - that Elon Musk had suppressed freedom of speech.
This phenomenon is best explained by psychological science, and can be described in a variety of ways: conformity, groupthink, the Dunning Kruger effect, or Dysrationalia - the inability to think and behave rationally despite adequate intelligence - to mention a few.
The question no one seems to ask themselves is: why are American authorities so eager to go after a former president?
In order to break dysrationalia you need to apply the opposite - disjunctive reasoning, meaning looking at many different sources before making a judgement or decision.
What people seem to be missing is that Trump is the first anti-war president since John F Kennedy (1917-1963) who, according to a claim made by committee of people, was shot by a single person using an old rifle, from a window in a high story building far far away.
President Kennedy was adamant to dismantle organizations like the CIA. After making such statements he didn't last long. His brother suffered the same fate.
The charges against Trump are that he did what every president before him has done: taking home with him papers that were marked "classified". But as it seems, most political documents in the US are market classified.
Current president Biden did the same thing when he was vice president, like vice-president Dick Cheney. And Hillary Clinton, during her tenure as Secretary of foreign affairs ran her working emails on a private server kept in the bathroom. Why weren't these three charged?
Another argument is that president Bildens ratings are at peak low, whereas Donald Trump is predicted to have a good chance to win - a nightmare for the establishment.
Who wants an American president who creates four peace treaties in the Middle East, appeases the dictator of North Korea by simply meeting with him, and who claims that there were never any weapons of mass destruction in Iraq?
Tucker Carlson had the bad taste of reporting on issues like this, and what many different sources claim, that’s why he was forced off air. Carlson wasn’t formally sacked by Fox News, they still pay his salary, he just wasn’t allowed to be on air, like old Saudi Arabia/FBI Twitter blocking.
But like it or not, what Tucker Carlson keeps doing, is what freedom of speech is all about. Say what you want about things. It seems that some people forgot the lesson from the Soviet union and other autocracies, that oppression, like suppression of freedom of speech, will instigate entrepreneurial thinking. So paradoxically, by trying to block Carlson, he has now reached a broader audience than ever, basically by using the interactive media platforms that mainstream journos fear the most, after Mr Musk has released it from censorship. What will happen in the next American president election, we can only imagine.
