Draft. In 2014, I reported about a case where a whole clan, likely led by the maternal grandmother, together with the social service, and lower court personnel, isolated a child from her father. On December 15, 2024, an unlikely crime story was published about Nannie Dass, who confessed to murdering many of her relatives, including children. In Florida, Donna Adelson, is prosecuted for plotting the murder of Dan Markel, her son-in-law. Wiretaps where Donna and her husband Harvey allegedly discussed a plot to harm their son, Robert Adelson, has been revealed. However, Donna's defense team says these allegations are false.

Eventually, they where all reprimanded by personell in a higher court, and the girl could return to the father (Österberg, 2014).

On December 15, 2024, a unlikely crime story was published about Nannie Dass, who confessed to murdering many of her relatives, including children.

In Florida, Donna Adelson, is prosecuted for plotting the murder of Dan Markel, her son-in-law who was brutally murder in 2013 in connection to Donna Adelsons daughters custodial conflict. In 2023, Donna Adelson was convicted to life in prison for being part in the murder of Markel.

“The 74-year-old Donna Adelson was arrested on Nov. 13, 2023, just a week after her son’s conviction, while she and her husband, Harvey, attempted to board a flight out of Miami with one-way tickets to Vietnam, a non-extradition country. She was later indicted on charges of first-degree murder, conspiracy and solicitation, the same three charges for which her son was found guilty.”

“That’s really damning because the jury is going to get an instruction from the judge that that flight can be inferred as a consciousness of guilt,” Jansen said. “And when they got a circumstantial evidence case where there's no eyewitness testifying against Donna, that could be the decision maker that she was fleeing to avoid prosecution.”

Wendi Adelson, who instigated but lost her custodial conflict, has not been convicted of complicity but is a suspect.

“Markel, a law professor at Florida State University, was fatally shot at point-blank range in the garage of his Betton Hills home on July 18, 2014. The murder, carried out by two hired Miami killers, occurred after the divorce and a court ruling that she couldn’t relocate with the kids to South Florida, providing the motive for the crime, according to prosecutors”

“Wendi Adelson, whom the state considers an uncharged co-conspirator, will return to the stand and testify, under a limited immunity deal, as she has in all the previous trials. She has long denied any involvement or knowledge of the murder conspiracy in sometimes testy exchanges with prosecutors.”

“It’s going to be really difficult for Wendi to testify against her mother. She testified against her brother, but now she’s testifying against her mother, and they’re going to show her these documents that are all very inflammatory toward her mother. That’s not going to be good for her at all.”

Children are vulnerable for social influences, especially during early life. It's kind of obvious that Donna Adelson, who is a suspect of orchestrating the murder of the father of her grand-children, have, as it seems, been memory hacking (Shaw, 2016) her own children all thru their life. This is manifested in the communication Donna had with her son who is now locked up for the murder, as well as the communication with her daughter - the children's mother (Wendi).

“Donna Adelson wrote her daughter a lengthy email about her court battle with her ex-husband, whom she derisively called “Jibbers.” She mentioned a plan to offer Markel a $1 million bribe and coached her daughter on how to negotiate with him, suggesting she convert the children from their Jewish faith to Catholicism, among other things”.

“If you dressed your kids up in Hitler Youth uniforms and brought them down here I could care less if it was an act of defiance and would show Jibbers that he’s NOT IN CONTROL,” Donna Adelson wrote. “If your children are baptized, it doesn’t make them Christian. It’s an act.” (Burlew, 2024).”

As Adelson has been successful in delaying the trial, the case took an odd turn as wiretaps where Donna and her husband Harvey allegedly discussed a plot to harm their son, Robert Adelson, was been revealed. However, Donna's defense team says these allegations are false (Gemini, YouTube, 1, 2).
